Bull Run Kitchen and Bath is a full service general contractor with a successful 25 years track record of commercial and residential projects. Bull Run Kitchen and Bath is a family owned and operated business serving the DC, MD and VA metropolitan areas.

 

What We Have Done:

Web Design:

During the discovery phase of the project we interviewed with the owner and employees of BullRun Kitchen and Bath to create a website that is unique and professional. What surfaced was that it was key to ensure that the new site reflected BullRun Kitchen and Bath remarkable remodeling projects alongside the obvious respect and popularity BullRun Kitchen and Bath has with the public.

 Iconography: We used the same icon for the navigation that has become a standard on mobile sites. Our hope was that users would have experienced enough mobile sites to recognize its meaning.

 Tooltips: We displayed an ‘menu’ tooltip on page load. This was designed to draw the eye to the navigation icon and clearly label what the icon does.

 Serendipitous navigation: We wanted to ensure that even if the user missed the initial visual cues they could still discover the navigation. This was achieved by displaying the navigation when the user scrolls to the very top of a page.

 Estimate Form: We added a free estimate form to all pages in order to provide a worry-free estimate while customers browsing some ideas for remodeling.

Fallback footer: Finally, we added a footer that contains a site map and recent posts for those users who missed all the other cues.

Mobile-Friendly Website

60% of mobile web visitors will choose another option if a website isn’t mobile-friendly. This makes it crucial step for BullRun Kitchen and Bath to increase its sales with a mobile-friendly site. Well, our dedicated programmers made it possible for BullRun Kitchen and Bath to increase its sales by creating and optimizing a mobile-friendly site, which increased its sales by 15%.

PPC (Pay Per Click)

PPC stands for pay-per-click, a model of internet marketing in which advertisers pay a fee each time one of their ads is clicked. Essentially, it’s a way of buying visits to your site, rather than attempting to “earn” those visits organically.

Our dedicated PPC team have managed more than 20 ad groups to increase website traffic, bring more customers in-store, and capture customers 24 hours a day.

Social Media Marketing

Using social media for marketing can enable businesses to reach to more customers.  BullRun Kitchen and Bath customers are interacting with brands through social media, therefore, having a strong social media marketing plan and presence on the web is the key to tap into their interest. Our Social media marketing strategies enable to interact with customers directly.

BullRun Kitchen and Bath’s 10% of monthly sales generated by social media marketing, and it has been growing by a 5% increase each year.

Display Marketing

 Our marketing goal was to increase online conversions, increase in-store conversions and also grow their online brand awareness. And for all of these goals we choose to use Google Display Network by placing targeted banner ads on specific and relevant websites. We also used geo-targeting to focus on areas with in-store sales. With placement targeting we can focus our campaign spend on the most effective websites. We can have a national presence, but still target our campaigns on a local level.

Results: BullRun Kitchen and Bath expanded their conversions by 35% while their impressions increased by 330%.
